Vaithilingam Parashakthi Elamathi Trust is a charitable Trust founded on 23^rdJuly 2009. The Trust has been giving scholarships to poor students, conducting health camps, and provide monitory assistance to indigent patients since its inception. The registered number is 252 of 2009, Tamil Nadu. Vaithilingam Parashakthi Elamathi Trust is an actively growing trust, with its sustained service to the public, the trust received its 80G, tax exception from the Income Tax department, India (C.No.102/159/CIT-II/2009-10) from July 2010, (PAN No: AABTV1975G) and by this the donors, donating to the trust will have the tax exemption for their contribution.

Center for Medical Genetics (CMG) is a donor sponsored project of Tamil Nadu Foundation and is functioning as a unit under the Vaithilingam Parashakthi Elamathi Trust, with the objective of providing complete genetic testing and counseling solutions within the reach of every individual whether rich or poor, while maintaining excellence in quality. The primary goals of CMG is patient services, academics, training and research. This lab functions under the able guidance of the founder Dr.Vaithilingam G Dev, PhD, USA
